Tools to understand and decide on a better quality of use and performance of new and old buildings

Within the framework of the ASSIST BAT project, researchers and their field partners will design, develop, test and optimize a series of digital tools for monitoring the energy, environmental and economic performance of buildings during their life cycle (programming, design, construction, operation and renovation).

To achieve this objective, working groups will carry out several actions: the production of indicators to feed a decision support tool for solutions implemented on a territorial scale, the development of digital processes to support project management through quality, and the development of a system to assess the conformity of a building upon delivery and during operation.

The project allows the various actors of the construction field, involved in the realization and the exploitation of a building, to benefit from a series of assistance services throughout the processes of design, realization and exploitation to improve the performance of the new and old building.
